Quick, hearty and delicious recipes featuring the Black Series Cookware

  1. Heat the oven for 10mins at 200°C.
  2. Chop the garlic and ginger till fine. 
  3. Combine all the sauce in a bowl. 
  4. Then add the chopped ingredients and mix well.
  5. Cut the potatoes and carrot into 4 pcs.
  6. Add the vegetables in the pot and brush the marinade ingredients and oil over the chicken and leave it for 10 mins.
  7. Roast the chicken for about 45 mins - 1 hour at 170°C with the lid on. Then continue roasting for 10-15mins at 200°C without the lid.

1 whole chicken (can cut into 4 parts)

One-pan Crispy Skin Salmon

  1. Marinate the salmon with black pepper powder and salt.
  2. Heat the pan. Once pan is hot, grill salmon till it is cooked. (4-5min each side)
  3. Add the tomatoes and asparagus and let it cook for a few minutes.
  4. Lastly, sprinkle black pepper/salt on the vegetable.
  5. Your homemade luxurious meal is ready to be served.
